Come up with some serious challenges!
If you're between 14 and 16 years old, come up with a concept for an environmental project.
Clearly describe the goals, objectives, novelty, its social and environmental significance, as well as the implementation timeframe. Make an estimate (describe the costs) of the project and its feasibility. Note that the more unique the approach, the higher the score!
And remember, if you choose not a presentation, but a video, it is important to keep it to 2 minutes, but you get extra points.
