The Federal Service for Supervision of Nature Management has become a partner of the All-Russian educational campaign "Share your Knowledge", which will be held from September 1 to 9 by the All-Russian Society "Knowledge". The head of Rosprirodnadzor Svetlana Radionova will give an open lesson on "Ecology" in Kamchatka. Specialists of the service will conduct similar activities in all subjects of the Russian Federation.

"Rosprirodnadzor supported the Share Your Knowledge campaign, and I, as the head of the Service, will conduct an Ecology lesson in Kamchatka. Our units throughout the Russian Federation will support this action and will also conduct their own lessons. We share our knowledge because we believe that ecology is everyone's business. We are holding a service award with the same name, in which 25 thousand participants have already participated this year and more than 20 countries of the world in order to share their knowledge, talk about ecology, and therefore preserve the future," said Svetlana Radionova, head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Environmental Management. 

As part of the "Share your Knowledge" campaign, scientists, historians, government and public figures, experts in the field of culture and sports in all regions of the country will hold lessons, lectures, master classes, seminars in which they will talk about history, achievements of science and technology, culture and art, media and marketing, charity, ecology The main goal of the campaign is to transfer reliable knowledge to young people as one of the values of modern society. The upcoming September action will be the third, during the previous two actions, more than 10 thousand educational events were held, which brought together more than 200 thousand participants of different ages. As explained by the head of Rosprirodnadzor Svetlana Radionova, the lessons of "Ecology" with the participation of employees of territorial departments of the service in all subjects of the Russian Federation will attract more than 2.5 thousand children and adolescents to environmental issues.

She added that the award of the service "Ecology is everyone's business" was created for environmental education of young people and the future generation, who will be able to approach the issues of nature conservation and environmental protection in a meaningful way if environmental habits become the norm for them.  The International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business" was established by Rosprirodnadzor last spring.

Children and teenagers aged 6 to 17 years can send their works to participate in 9 nominations: "Ecomir", "Ecoproject", "Ecobloger", "Ecorisunok", "Ecofocus", "Ecomultfilm", "ESG-generation", "Eco-family" and "Eco-school". Submit applications to the ecologist's website for each.rf. required by October 1 of this year.
The winners of the award and holders of special prizes from the jury and partners of the project are waiting for smartphones, tablets, cash certificates, vouchers to the All-Russian Children's Center "Orlyonok", travel in Russia, as well as incentive gifts.
