In the Republic of Tyva, the winner of the II International Children's and Youth Prize "Ecology is everyone's business" was awarded
On December 14, the Yenisei Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor solemnly presented the prize of the II International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business" to Adina Tangyt.
The award was established by Rosprirodnadzor in March 2021 with the aim of environmental education and popularization of environmental culture among young people aged 6 to 17 years.
Children and teenagers from the Republic of Tyva sent 25 works to participate in the second season of the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business".
The total number of works received from Russia and other countries in 2022 amounted to more than 45 thousand. In addition to the works from the guys from Russia, more than a thousand applications came from countries near and far abroad.
Fifteen-year–old Adina Tangyt from the village of Beldir-Aryg of the Republic of Tyva sent a landscape entitled "Without water - there is no life on Earth" to participate in the award "Ecology is everyone's business".
The jury awarded the schoolgirl with a special prize and valuable gifts.
The solemn awarding ceremony was held in the presence of students and teachers of the Chyrgalandinsky secondary school, where Adina studies. The award ceremony was attended by the representative of the Ministry of Forestry and Nature Management of the Republic of Tyva - Deputy Minister Grigory Ondar.
At the meeting, the children were told about the importance of preserving the environment, all its components – water, air, earth, plants and animals. That an active lifestyle, caring attitude of adults and children will help preserve the riches of nature for the present and future generations of people. The participants of the award called on the children to participate even more actively next year in the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's business".
