The award "Ecology is everyone's business" was supported by the Federal Center for Additional Education and Organization of Recreation and Health Improvement of Children. The organization develops additional education in the country of natural science, technical, tourism and local lore, as well as the organization of children's recreation and health improvement.

The task of the center is to identify and develop the talents of children and youth. The Center coordinates a network of 135 "Quantoriums", 86 mobile technology parks, 71 "IT–cube" centers, 30 "DNA" centers ("House of Scientific Collaboration"), 55 regional Eco-stations and dozens of regional resource centers.
